Join us for our annual downtown fireworks celebration … Plains, Trains & Fireworks on Saturday June 29, 2024.

Our historic downtown Plains, Georgia will be decked out all day with food and drink trucks, local vendors, and our boutique shops and Buffalo Cafe open all day. Plus, enjoy street dancing and live music with Jimmy Gaddy leading up to an epic fireworks show downtown at 9 PM!

All aboard! For all train lovers, travel on the S*A*M Shortline Railroad from Georgia Veterans State Park Depot to Plains to enjoy the fireworks in style! Get your ticket here. 

And for all of you barbecue lovers, our 3rd annual Peace, Love, BBQ ... and Pizza! Cookoff will also take place that Saturday. To enter, find the official entry form here.
